| Details: | Tom Bray, British Orienteering Development Squad coach, will present how the British Squad teach orienteering at the Talent, Development and Performance levels. The basics of orienteering are the same for at all levels – for club runners and elites. This presentation will cover the common language that the British Squad uses; by having a simple common language we have found that the consistency and quality of our coaching has improved over the past 10 years. There will also be opportunity to ask any questions you may have. |
