First use of an interesting new small area!!! A fun evening of short sprint-type courses in a forest environment. Everyone will run in four races: There will be four competition rounds with runners going off in groups of 4 or 6. The winner will be promoted to the group above, the loser will be relegated. Runners will not know in advance whether an individual race will be: No gaffle (just a head-head race) - butterfly (includes a loop(s)) - runner's choice (runner has 20 seconds to choose preferred course at start) - pot-luck (runners draw straws for course variant). Each race will be 1km, with races starting at 15-minute intervals. Will be good fun for our juniors and club members. Entries will close on Sunday evening 4 August 2024.
