Parking information:	If travelling by car, please enter the school via the south car park entrance off Rodway Hill at https://what3words.com/elaborate.lunch.cost and park according to any directions given. The car park is to the rear of the school and the entrance will be signposted and as will the route to Assembly. Once you have parked your car you should follow the signs to Assembly or, if you prefer and you have your own dibber, you can make your way directly to the Start. Assembly and download will be in the main hall of Mangotsfield School, Rodway Hill, Bristol, BS16 9LH. The hall is situated directly after the main entrance area.
Dog rules:	No animals or pets of any kind, except assistance dogs, are allowed on to the school premises. As far as the remainder of the area is concerned normal conditions apply. All courses will be taking place in areas popular with dog walkers so please behave appropriately around any animals you encounter as not all dog owners are responsible people unfortunately.

Courses

Course description:	7 courses from White up to Blue standard. All the courses will visit Rodway Common and the playing fields. This approx. 30-acre area is largely open, with some minor depressions and pits, although it does include some wooded areas, particularly an area known as Carson’s Copse. The common is an area particularly popular with dog-walkers and pigeon fanatics alike. In 1899, the common was the site of Rodway Hill Golf Club, and this was just a short walk away from Mangotsfield Station, now disused. A zig-zag path connects the common to the Bristol & Bath cycle path. Courses from Short Green to Blue also visit the areas to the south of the cycle path. The two roads bordering the common (Manor Road to the west and Rodway Hill to the east) are Out of Bounds and are marked as such on the map. The pavement on Manor Road (adjacent to the common) may be used if desired. For the shorter courses (White to Light Green), the cycle path around the south of the common and playing fields is Out of Bounds and is marked as such on the map. All courses cross Rodway Hill underneath a bridge. Juniors may not be familiar with how this is shown on the map.
