Bookings for the accommodation at Leighton Park School in Reading, including the camping, have now closed.
Those with bookings will be able to access the accommodation from late afternoon Thursday 28th March, with occupants departing on Monday 1st April.
The school will also host the British Orienteering AGM on the Friday and hopefully some other social events.
Accommodation is in a number of houses containing rooms, toilets and showers/bathrooms. All blocks have one or more common rooms. Most rooms are singles, some have two or more beds, none of them are en suite. Bedding is provided. Small children (babies and toddlers) may stay in a parent’s room free of charge; you will be responsible for providing their cot/bedding.
Those camping will not be able to park their car next to the tent, but at the edge of the camping field. Campers will use toilets and showers/bathrooms in an adjacent accommodation block.
The site cannot accommodate campervans.
No dogs are allowed on site, not even on the campsite.
All meals will be provided in the school restaurant.
Breakfast is included in all bookings, evening dinner is optional.
