Description:	Part of BOK's Urban Series, held most Wednesday evenings from late April to early July. Short, Medium and Long courses available. Best 6 results on each course score for series prizes, with separate male and female competitions. Under-16s may only compete if closely accompanied (not just shadowed) by a responsible adult.
