Description:	Part of BOK's Urban Series, held most Wednesday evenings from late April to early July. Short, Medium and Long courses available. Best 6 results on each course score for series prizes, with separate male and female competitions. The Short Course is open to Juniors (U16s) and is entirely with the Park and Common land and so is traffic free. It is advised that younger children (U12s) should be accompanied because the parkland is used by other people. On the Medium and Long courses, Under-16s must be closely accompanied (not just shadowed) by a responsible adult.
