We are delighted to share that Dartford Orienteers and South London Orienteers are putting on a variety of accessible orienteering courses at this year’s London City Race weekend taking place over the weekend of 13-15th September.
Both Friday evening's event at Burgess Park and Saturday's City Race Euro Tour - London City Race at The Barbican have bespoke races designed for wheelchair and lower mobility participants. The planners for both events have created some fantastic courses and have worked courses into the intricate area that is on offer!
The Accessible Courses are FREE to access and are open for entries on S.I Entries now!
Well done to both clubs for their forward thinking and inclusivity, we're looking forward to see the participants tackle the courses and be a part of the action!

BOF Annual Awards 2024: Young Volunteer of the Year Award Winners – Joe Hudd (WCOC), Frank Townley (EUOC), Joe Sunley (EUOC)
Joe Hudd, Frank Townley, and Joe Sunley were hugely involved the organisation and success of the World Orienteering Championships, contributing to planning, logistics, IT, and marshalling. Their tireless dedication extended to Sprint Scotland, WOC test races, and Big Weekend, showcasing outstanding commitment to volunteering and the future of orienteering in the UK.
