Southampton Orienteering Club enjoyed finally getting back to a semblance of "normal" orienteering. Thunderstorms were forecast from mid-afternoon all the way through and looked like they would be with us for the whole of the event. By the time competitors were socially distancing at the start, the sun was out and it was a glorious evening.

Border Liners held their second club event.
Following protocols and requirements set down by British Orienteering, the club provided socially distanced start and finish procedures for nearly 170 orienteers to take part on five separate courses.

Londoners were given the chance to explore the city in a whole new way. The challenges complemented TfL’s Streetspace for London plan, which helped to make space to enable people to maintain social distancing.
The course and activities were designed by British Orienteering with the support from local London clubs - South London Orienteers (SLOW) and London Orienteering Klubb (LOK).
