British Orienteering’s Board formally invites members to the Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 16:00 on Saturday 17th May 2025 at Bampton Memorial Hall, Croft End, Bampton, Penrith, CA10 2RS.

Those attending the AGM virtually via Teams should register attendance by 11:00am on 15th May 2025. To register follow this link.
This meeting will be hybrid to allow for greater participation although voting will only be possible for those attending in person or by proxy in advance.
Resolutions and any other items for inclusion on the agenda must be received by the Chief Executive – pbrooke@britishorienteering.org.uk by 17:00, Friday, 28th March 2025.
Further details of the business of the AGM, including the Agenda, and Voting by Proxy form, will be distributed to members on or before Wednesday 23rd April 2025.
The AGM will take place straight after Border Liners regional middle distance event at Knipe Scar which forms part of the Northern Championship weekend.
