Description:
The event will consist of one course followed by a break after which competitors will run a second time.
The overall results are given by the total time from the two courses. Age classes as follows:- M10-12, W10-12, M14-16, W14-16, M18-40, W18-40, M45-55, W45-55, M60-65, W60-65, M70+,W70+. University campus. A complex set of buildings on slopes. Climb is unavoidable. All courses will encounter slopes or steps and will be on a mixture of tarmac and grass with some open woodland.
Note that round one will include a previously unused area - an extension to the 2011 British Sprint Championship map. Toilets, showers and vending machines all day. Food outlets and a campus shop will be available after round one. You can enter any class but will only qualify for SEOA medals if you are a BOF member with SEOA as your primary affiliation, and are running the appropriate class for your age (or running up). Non SEOA orienteers are very welcome.
Medals for the first three in each of the classes.
