Incident Reporting

The incident reporting form is for reporting an incident, near miss or safety/safeguarding concern that has occurred during any form of Orienteering.

Reporting an incident helps us to understand the types of incidents occurring and identify trends. This helps to inform our guidance and enables us to address safety issues and concerns.

Our approach to incident reporting is based on learning from what went wrong and preventing similar incidents from happening in the future. It is not designed to point blame or result in negative consequences.
