Yorkshire & Humberside Regional Middle Distance Championships – Plumpton Rocks, Harrogate

On 23 March, the Yorkshire & Humberside Regional Middle Distance Championships took place at Plumpton Rocks in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. We spoke to Organiser, Richard Kirk and Planner, Lois Parker about the event which was hosted in the truly stunning location.
