Parking information:Train : Assembly is 20 mins walk from Nailsea & Backwell Station Bus: X9 service to Nailsea takes ~30 min from Bristol Bus Station. Cycling : Nailsea can be reached from Bristol using NCN 33. Assembly is in Millennium Park behind the Scotch Horn Leisure Centre, Brockway Road, BS48 1BZ - https://what3words.com/guess.claims.grow Please do not park at the Leisure Centre as this is required for users of the centre itself. Instead please use the adjacent Station Road Car Park. Parking is free but restricted before 6pm. https://what3words.com/create.bank.jumpy Leave the Station Road Car Park on the east side, use the zebra crossing and go down the south side of the Leisure Centre to Assembly to avoid the finish area. It will be taped.
Dog rules:Competitors may compete with well controlled dogs on leads. Please remember to collect & dispose of any poo responsibly.

Details

Description:Part of BOK's Urban Series, held most Wednesday evenings from late April to early July. Short, Medium and Long courses available. Best 6 results on each course score for series prizes, with separate male and female competitions. Under-16s may not compete on any of this week's courses unless closely accompanied (not just shadowed) by a responsible adult.

Course description:Short, Medium and Long courses available. Juniors (under 16) must be accompanied by a responsible adult on all courses. Terrain: Urban footpaths, residential streets and parkland. Road shoes, running shorts and vests are suitable. Map: • 1:4,000 scale with 5m contours • Updated by Trevor Crowe in 2024 • Waterproof size A3 with courses overprinted • Loose control descriptions will also be available
