Courses

Course description:Short Course. White/ yellow. On paths, most decision points have controls at them. Accessible. 1.4km 30m. Medium Course. Orange. Mainly on paths but the path network is quite complex and some navigational ability is required. Steeper terrain, appropriate footwear needed. 2.3km 115m Long Course. Orange/ Light green. More complex navigation required. Some of the course will be on paths as the undergrowth is unpleasant in places and the courses have been planned to avoid fight/ unpleasant areas, plus the path network is extensive. This course covers steeper terrain so appropriate footwear is needed and body cover. Navigational experience highly recommended. 3.6km 175m f you arrive at the event before 11.30 and after going round the short course decide to have a go at the medium course then you may be able to do this for an additional charge of just £1 for all entry classes if there are sufficient maps and there is sufficient time.
