There are 2 courses. The lengths are in a straight line from Start control to tin of goodies via each control location. Expect to have to go further.
Shorter – family friendly some hills, steep in places – 4.5km
Longer- Definitely has hills and challenge – 13.3km
Note: Easter is bird nesting and lambing time. It is essential that we all bear this is mind and keep to marked public rights of way at all times. Except on access land such as Helmeth, Ragleth and Hope Bowdler Hills, where the law allows one to take any route one likes. Consideration of wildlife (nesting birds) and sheep says that at this time of year means that one should still stay on well used paths, but they may not all be marked on the map.
