Description:Part of BOK's Urban Series, held most Wednesday evenings from late April to early July. Short, Medium and Long courses available. Best 6 results on each course score for series prizes, with separate male and female competitions. The Short Course is open to Juniors (U16s) and is entirely with the Park and Common land and so is traffic free. Courses

Course description:Short, Medium and Long courses available. Terrain: a mixture of mostly residential streets and tarmac pathways, but also the park, meadow and woodland (of Royal and Mead parks and 40 Acre Wood). For Long and Medium the planner would use road shoes, preferably with a good grip, but for the Short which is entirely within the park and wood Terrain shoes should be adequate. Running shorts and vests are suitable. The Long and Medium courses will involve running down narrow alleys between housing and competitors are advised to be careful on blind corners.
