Find events near you using the interactive map or checking British Orienteering's event diary. Below are the events that are especially important for Universities.
The Autumn Training Weekend is a package training camp for Universities, delivered by British Orienteering. It consists of three different training areas in the Lake District, two nights of accommodation and a social night, aimed at Universities. It is run in conjunction with Junior Regional Orienteering Squad's Hawkshead weekend, during 22nd-24th November. It is a fantastic opportunity to train on high quality, Lakeland terrain and meet other University clubs while not having to stress about accommodation, land access and course settings. The BUCS Orienteering weekend consists of a major two-day championship, offering male and female championships, along with relay championships. The event caters for competitors of all abilities with different length and difficulty courses offered for the less experienced participants.
